Ingrid began her consulting career in recruitment automation when systems were just beginning to transform the HR function — from administration to a more strategic role within the business. This is where she and Barrie met and developed a long-lasting friendship and collaboration.
With a focus on talent development and accelerating performance, Ingrid has since served as Head of Human Resources at three organizations, building scalable people infrastructures from the ground up and bringing enterprise-level thinking to their growth.
Energized by the innovation and pace of startups and emerging businesses, Ingrid brings her strengths to small and mid-sized companies through critical growth stages. Her strengths lie in partnership with leadership and prioritizing business needs - aligning talent strategy with organizational goals, strengthening leadership capability, and building high-performing, resilient organizations that deliver results.
